Andrew Wickham , Senior Manager, PRICEWATERHOUSECOOPERS

As a member of the Finance and Treasury Tax team, Andrew has spent 10 of his 12 years with the firm specialising in the UK taxation of loan relationships, foreign exchange and derivative contracts. He advises a wide range of clients from private companies to FTSE350 groups on these issues as well as international aspects of financing and risk management. Andrew also runs the firm's internal manager training in this field.

Alexis Kemsley, Senior Manager – Tax, PRICEWATERHOUSECOOPERS
Alexis is a Senior Manager of PwC where she leads the Finance & Treasury Tax specialism for the firm’s Midlands region with 10 years tax experience working with public andprivate groups from a wide range of sectors. Alexis' particular expertise lies in the UK taxation of corporate debt and hedging. Most recently Alexis has been advising companies on the tax implications of foreign exchange movements arising as a result of volatility in the markets, and consequently addressing tax hedging strategies, as well as on debt refinancings and internal debt reorganisations.
